The only accepted file type for video emails currently is mp4. The max file size is 100mb.
The max file size allowed for a video email is 100mb.
If your video file is larger than this I recommend using a free tool like handbrake.fr to compress your file. This tool can help you reduce the file size of your video.
If you try to add a contact to the system that already exists that is considered a duplicate contact. Depending on the method you are using to add contacts to our platform you’ll be presented with a screen asking us how to handle duplicates.
