• The Welcome Packet is a feature within AgencyZoom that has pre-filled forms along with some pieces that are unique to each customer – such as temporary ID Cards.
• The packet is customized for each client every time you make a sale
• The packet is not required and you don’t have to use every component
• An advantage of using the Welcome Packet for your clients is to roll all their important Agency Onboarding Documentation into one concise email

• Minimum Coverage Checklist: A list specific to policy type that shows your agency’s recommendations for minimum limits on that policy
• Welcome Letter – A letter thanking the customer for their business and introducing them to the agency
• Breakup Letter– Letter with client’s previous policy information that they can forward to their previous carrier / agency to avoid having to call or “break up” in person
• Policy Documents – Temporary ID cards for an Auto policy or a Property Binder, etc.
• Additional Documents – Anything else you want to add such as an agency flyer, referral program flyer, etc.

The Welcome Packet is turned off in new AgencyZoom accounts by default It can be turned on the System Settings section, and there are customizable options that you can tweak to your preferences.

Custom Settings:

• Enable Welcome Packet – Yes / No
• Include Coverage Checklist in Welcome Packet – Yes / No
• Use Industry Standard Form for Cancelation Letter? – Yes / No

• Move a prospect to “Sold” and enter the policy information
• There will be a pop-up with an option to “Create Welcome Packet”
• Click that button and then follow the wizard
• The wizard will walk you through each component of the packet that was listed here and you can skip components that don’t apply to that customer
